My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. While the location was convenient, just a short drive from Universal, the condition of the hotel was appalling. The check-in process took forever, and the rooms were filthy beyond belief, with bugs, peeling walls, and broken amenities. It felt like a public health hazard rather than a place to stay. I would recommend anyone looking for a good night's rest to steer clear of this place.
